SDI Photo Update

For teams that had their pictures taken on the 3rd of January, the pictures have been picked up from SDI with the exception of the Peewee Habs (due to a late picture of a player). The novice teams, atom ice ninjas and atom raptors have received their pictures or have been given to a parent to distribute. The remaining teams that are done will be given to the directors at The Monday March 2nd meeting. The remaining timbit teams and the Habs will be done next week and will be contacted for pick up. Thank you everyone for your patience!!!!

Message from Hockey Alberta

Hello everyone,

I am contacting all minor hockey associations regarding a possible tournament your teams may be involved in at the end of March/beginning of April - The Challenge in the Rockies Tournament in Hinton. We do not know which teams have already applied for a travel permit however this year’s tournament is not sanctioned by Hockey Alberta and as a result your teams Hockey Canada insurance policy would not be in place during this time. If any of your teams so choose to participate then they would be doing so without coverage through Hockey Canada.

Because of these reasons it is strongly recommended that teams do not participate.

If you can share this information with your teams that would be appreciated. If you have any questions feel free to contact myself.

Thank you
